**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Sales and Business Development**:
Driving revenue and business growth is a core responsibility. He/she often set sales targets, develop marketing strategies, and foster relationships with local businesses to increase revenue.
- Financial Management: Must be responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring the branch operates within its allocated resources.
- Leadership and Team Management: One of the primary roles is to lead and manage a team of employees effectively. This includes training and performance evaluations to build a motivated and skilled workforce.
- Customer Relations: Maintaining excellent customer relations is paramount. Must address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience to build loyalty and drive sales.
- Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Must ensure that all activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for collection and Audit: Must be responsible for branch collection work as well as the audit
- Problem-Solving: Inevitably, challenges and obstacles arise. Must possess strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions swiftly.
- Essential Skills
- Leadership: The ability to inspire and lead a team is at the heart of this role. A Branch Manager should be adept at motivating and guiding their staff towards common goals.

Communication: Clear and effective communication is vital within the team and when dealing with customers, upper management, and external stakeholders.
- Financial Acumen: A strong grasp of financial principles, including budgeting and analysis, is essential for managing the branch's financial health.
- Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach is non-negotiable. Branch Managers must priorities customer satisfaction to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Problem-Solving: Quick and effective problem-solving skills are invaluable when addressing challenges that inevitably arise in branch management
- Adaptability: The business landscape is ever-changing, and must adapt to new technologies, market trends, and industry regulations.
- Decision-Making: Branch In charge make critical decisions daily and must do so confidently and in the best interest of the branch and the organization
