**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Production**: Capture and produce high-quality video content for marketing, social media, websites, and other promotional platforms.
- **Pre-Production Planning**: Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, storyboards, and shot lists for video projects.
- **Shooting**: Operate video cameras and other equipment to capture footage, ensuring professional and visually compelling results.
- **Editing**: Edit raw footage into polished, engaging video content using industry-standard video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- **Project Management**: Handle multiple video projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
- **Collaboration**: Work with directors, producers, and other team members to understand the vision and deliver videos that align with the brand and campaign goals.
- **Maintenance**: Take care of video equipment, ensuring it is well-maintained and operational.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a videographer, video editor, or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing video work for advertising or marketing purposes.
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs.
- Solid understanding of video production techniques, lighting, and sound.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.

**Additional Requirement**:
**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with drone videography or other specialized camera techniques.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or animation is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO and how video content can be optimized for online platforms.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
