**Job Title**: Patient Care Executive - Health Checkups
**Location**: Tieten Medicity
**Job Summary**:
The Patient Care Executive for Health Checkups is responsible for providing a seamless experience for patients undergoing health checkups. The role involves coordinating appointments, assisting patients throughout the checkup process, and ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Coordinate health checkup appointments** and schedules with patients, doctors, and diagnostic teams.
- **Greet and assist patients** upon arrival for their health checkups.
- Provide **information and guidance** about the health checkup process, tests involved, and timelines.
- Ensure the **smooth flow** of patients through different diagnostic tests (blood tests, imaging, consultations, etc.).
- Assist in **collecting patient information**, verifying documents, and updating medical records.
- **Monitor waiting times** and ensure timely processing of patients to avoid delays.
- Communicate with **doctors, nurses, and diagnostic teams** to ensure the checkups are carried out efficiently.
- Address any **patient concerns** or queries and escalate issues to the relevant departments if necessary.
- Ensure **high standards of customer service** and patient satisfaction throughout the process.
- Maintain **confidentiality** and ensure proper handling of patient records and data.
- **Follow-up** with patients for their reports and subsequent appointments if required.
- Ensure that all **bills and payments** are processed smoothly in coordination with the billing department.
- Assist in **organizing health camps** or promotional health checkup events if required.
Pay: ₹8,307.57 - ₹26,374.04 per month
