**What We Are Looking For**:
- A motivated individual with **1-2 years of experience** in the interior industry, preferably in sales or business development.
- Strong knowledge of the **Interior design** and **Architecture industry**.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to **connect and coordinate with architects** effectively.
- A proactive approach to building and maintaining relationships, understanding client needs, and presenting ARRCOAT products and services.
- Ability to collaborate closely with architects and design professionals to ensure the successful integration of our surface decor solutions in their projects.
- Comfortable with both face-to-face meetings and virtual communication.
- A passion for **innovation** and **sustainability** in the design world.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain relationships with architects and interior designers, becoming the point of contact for any sales-related inquiries.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to clients, explaining the unique features and benefits of ARRCOAT's surface decor offerings.
- Understand the specific needs of each architect or designer and propose tailored solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and superior customer service.
- Keep track of sales targets and progress, providing regular updates to management.
- Contribute ideas for improving the sales process, marketing efforts, and customer outreach.

**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development within the interior or architecture industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
