- Will be expected to imbibe the skills and competencies of Ginesys Sales / CSM personnel
- Will be expected to work and contribute in a team
- Will be expected to make suggestions of innovation in processes and approaches
- Will be expected to support the functional managers they are aligned to
- Will be expected to maintain MIS of tasks/assignments allocated to them and report on a regular basis
- Will be expected to successfully complete traineeship, appear for assessments and ultimately take up the mantle of Ginesys Sales Executive / Ginesys CSEs in 6 (ideally) to a maximum of 12 months time.
