**Roles & Responsibilities:

- **
- Ensure accurate documentation in nursing assessment sheet, pre and post-operative documents, intake output chart, ER chart, ICU chart etc.
- Participate in consultant rounds and assist by giving relevant information based on nursing assessment/reassessment and observations.
- Provide professional nursing care with an assigned unit according to established standards and procedures.
- Observes and records signs, symptoms and behaviors including the physiological status of patients reports, assessment changes to the concerned authority.
- Takes the nursing history, summarizes data and states nursing diagnoses / patient care needs.
- Accurately records and reports incidents.
- Ensure strict infection control protocol and bio-waste guidelines to be followed for 24x7.
- Ensure smooth functioning of admission, discharge and transfer procedures and assists others with patients activities and care with collaborative manner.
- GNM/B.Sc. Nursing with 1- 2 years of experience in ICU.
- Cardiac ICU experience preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
