Position Summary:
Responsible for managing the financial transactions and Fee records of the school, ensuring financial health and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
Monitor and control expenditures.
Maintain accurate financial records.
Accounting and Reporting:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Record and document all financial transactions.
Conduct regular account reconciliations.
Payroll Management:
Process invoices and issue payments.
Manage billing and collection of fees and tuition.
Follow up on overdue accounts.
Compliance and Auditing:
Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Prepare for and coordinate audits.
Implement audit recommendations.

Assist with financial aspects of school events and fundraising.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in education or non-profit.

**Skills**:Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:
Office-based with standard office hours.
Occasional evening or weekend work may be required.

Pay: ₹10,428.77 - ₹28,338.52 per month
