- In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to Claims Payment and Research on the Open items of Reconciliation._

- Responsibilities_
- _The CBC (Claim Business Coordinator) will effectively communicate and support the claim goals, while providing quality customer service as well as actively pursue knowledge of skills and tools to be used in all claim payment efforts._
- _Follow-up with various departments to get supporting documents/ info for invoices/MIQ / TPA claim resolution_
- _Ability to handle, trouble shoot, and resolve recurring or occasional bottlenecks_
- _Effectively communicate and support the claim payment goals, while providing quality customer service as well as actively pursue knowledge of skills and tools to be used in all claim payment efforts._
- _Provide notification for Payment made and perform acceptability analysis within threshold_
- _Assist in claims management, Investigating pending claims_
- _Identify and analyze risks associated with policies._
- _Create and modify procedures and documents related to policies._
- _Responsible for managing the insurance claims department composed of Examiners and Adjusters. Operates of one or more claims processing units, including the timely and proper disposition of claims in accordance with coverage amounts._
- _Follow-up with various departments to get supporting documents/ info for dispute/deductions resolution_
- _See opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation enhancements_
- _Work as a teammate to process any adhoc request in a timely manner._
- _Deliver quality customer service by researching and responding to all internal & external partners’ inquiries quickly, effectively and professionally._
- _Intensify problems to senior staff members and or management as appropriate._
- _Ability to work on the MS excel, MIS work for reporting purpose, Good excel skills._
- _Ability to work on the MS power-point presentation, can prepare dashboards, Good power point skills_

- Minimum qualifications_
- _B.Com/BBA/MBA/B.Sc._
- _Fluent in English language
- both written and oral_

- _Prior Claims /Insurance experience_
