We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Home Decor Product Designer to join our team. As a Home Decor Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing new home decor products, from concept to production. You will work closely with the design team, product development team, and vendors to ensure that all products meet our quality and design standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop innovative and original home decor product concepts that meet the needs of our target market.
- Research industry trends and consumer preferences to stay up-to-date on current styles and designs.
- Create detailed product specifications, including materials, finishes, and dimensions.
- Use 3D software to create 2D and 3D product designs/renders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sourcing, and quality assurance, to ensure products are designed and produced on time and within budget.
- Participate in product testing and make necessary revisions to ensure quality standards are met.
- Conduct market research to stay informed of competitors' products and pricing strategies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve product designs to enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure all product designs meet safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience designing home decor products
- Strong design portfolio showcasing a range of product design work.
- Proficiency in 3D software, such as SolidWorks/AutoCAD/Blender etc.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of industry trends and consumer preferences

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹10,369.85 - ₹18,000.00 per month
