**Job description**

**Job Summary**: The O&M Site In-charge will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance (O&M) activities at the water treatment plant. This role ensures that all processes related to water treatment, including monitoring, operation, and maintenance of systems, equipment, and machinery, are conducted in a safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant manner.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years of experience in operations and maintenance, preferably in water treatment, wastewater treatment, or a related industrial field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of water treatment processes, equipment, and systems.
- Experience in managing teams, supervising plant operations, and coordinating maintenance activities.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality control in water treatment.
- Proficiency in using computer-based maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other relevant software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
