Are you passionate about martial arts and teaching? Flurn is looking for dynamic, part-time martial arts instructors to lead group classes in neighborhood apartment communities. As a Flurn instructor, you’ll have the chance to inspire among children and adults, fostering a love for martial arts while delivering high-quality training. You’ll play a key role in creating a supportive environment and ensuring a consistent, enriching experience by following Flurn’s teaching methodology.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Group Martial Arts Classes**: Conduct martial arts sessions in a group setting for children in nearby apartment communities
- **Deliver Consistent Instruction**: Follow your own structured teaching methodology to ensure quality and consistency across all sessions
- **Manage Class Logistics**: Use the Flurn Teacher Partner App to handle scheduling, attendance, and other essential class-related tasks
- **Adhere to Schedule**: Start each class on time and follow the planned timetable
- **Foster a Positive Learning Environment**: Create a safe, encouraging, and fun atmosphere that supports students’ growth and enjoyment in learning martial arts
- **Passion for Teaching**: You genuinely enjoy teaching martial arts and sharing your expertise with others
- **Experience**: At least 2 years of experience teaching martial arts to children and adults
- **Certification**: Specialization in Karate or Taekwondo, with the ability to teach following a structured course outline
- **Adaptability**: Comfortable working with diverse groups and skilled in tailoring lessons to accommodate different skill levels
