We are looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer & Video Editor to design visually striking social media content, marketing materials, and promotional videos for our academy.

Your work will directly represent our brand online — from designing posters and reels to crafting engaging campaigns that inspire the next generation of fighters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality graphics, posters, carousels, price lists, and promotional materials
  • Edit and produce Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and marketing videos
  • Maintain consistent brand identity and color palette (Teal, Lime, Grey, White)
  • Add text, transitions, music, and effects to training and promotional videos
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan creative campaigns
  • Create templates for recurring posts (schedule posts for Instagram, GMB, YouTube)
  • Edit student highlight videos, event recaps, and academy promos

Required Skills

  • Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (plus motion templates)
  • Video Tools: Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut Pro
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, hooks, and pacing
  • Eye for detail, color, and modern sports branding
  • Creative mindset and ability to work independently under tight deadlines
  • Bonus: Knowledge or interest in combat sports or fitness

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of design/editing experience (freshers with a strong portfolio welcome)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social media work
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
