A Home Care Nurse at Apollo HomeCare provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. The role involves patient assessment, treatment administration, and ongoing monitoring to ensure high-quality and personalized healthcare in a home setting.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care

Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, IV infusions, tracheostomy, and ventilator care.

Monitor patient health and report changes to the healthcare team or physician.

Assist in pain management, palliative care, and recovery processes.

Care Coordination

Develop and implement personalized care plans in coordination with doctors and other healthcare professionals.

Educate patients and family members about managing health conditions and home care techniques.

Documentation

Maintain accurate patient records, including vital signs, progress, and treatment outcomes.

Prepare timely reports as required by Apollo HomeCare protocols.

Compliance

Adhere to healthcare standards, guidelines, and Apollo HomeCare policies.

Ensure infection control and patient safety measures are followed.

**Qualifications**:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) or Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM).

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in nursing, preferably in ICU, critical care, or home care.

Licenses: Valid nursing registration from the State Nursing Council.

Skills Required

Strong clinical knowledge and practical nursing skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and families.

Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations.

Proficiency in using basic medical equipment.

Work Environment

Home-based patient care.

Flexible working hours, may include weekends and evenings.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
