
Client Servicing Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**
- Communicate with distributors on call or WhatsApp to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both manufacturers and distributors.
- Respond to inquiries, provide product information, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and qualify potential distributors interested in representing our manufacturer brands.
- Schedule meetings and appointments between distributors and manufacturer representatives.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including time, location, and agenda.
- Develop a deep understanding of the manufacturer brands and their product offerings.
- Educate distributors about the benefits and features of the products to facilitate effective communication during meetings.
- Maintain clear and regular communication with both manufacturers and distributors.
- Ensure that all parties have the necessary information and resources for successful meetings.
- Keep detailed records of interactions and activities related to distributor engagement.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales, particularly in a B2B environment, is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of the distribution industry or a willingness to learn about it.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
