Job Title: Tele Appointment Setter / Sales Development Representative
**Client Engagement: Engage with prospective clients (RPCs or Directors) in overseas markets, introducing our IT, website, managed services, and business telecommunications solutions.** Follow-Up & Relationship Building: Consistently follow up with leads and referrals to ensure closure, building long-term relationships with clients through persuasive communication.
**Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth of the sales pipeline and revenue generation for the company.** Pipeline & Reporting: Manage and report on sales activities, keeping the sales pipeline updated, and providing regular performance updates.
**Research & Insight: Conduct research to identify new sales opportunities, leveraging industry trends and market data to generate high-quality leads.** Collaboration: Work closely with the field sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads for product demonstrations and follow-up. Key Requirements:
**Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, specifically in IT/web services and/or telecommunications sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.** Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT/web services and business telecommunications solutions, with experience in international markets (Australian market experience is a plus).
**Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, stay self-motivated, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.** Social Media Proficiency: Strong social media skills and up-to-date knowledge of platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram for lead generation.
**Target-Oriented: A goal-driven individual with the ability to exceed sales targets and generate consistent results. Additional Qualifications**: Experience in selling business telecommunications products and services (preferably in B2B environments).
**Proficient in proposal writing, sales pipeline management, and CRM tools.** Strong follow-up skills to ensure leads are effectively nurtured and closed.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,125.65 per month
