**Key Responsibilities**:
Prospect and identify potential leads through various channels.

Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified prospects.

Meet or exceed appointment setting targets to earn commission-based pay.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Sales or appointment setting experience is a plus.
- Commission-based compensation with the potential for substantial earnings.
