- Job Description:
- Experience 3-5 years.
- Must Have:

- Implementation/AMS experience of any of the SAP technologies (HANA, S/4HANA,ECC, C/4HANA,Analytics,SCM/Ariba, SuccessFactors ,ABAP etc.)
- Experience of pre sales, lead RFP-s & proposal
- Articulate, excellent presentation & communication skills
- preferred MBA/BE
- Position Summary:

- The bid manager /lead will be responsobile for end to end solutioning & estimation of bids /RFP-s and deliver winning prposals, contribute in GTM activities, client visits
- Business Analysis
- Analyze and develop solutions to meet customer business needs across the SAP landscape
- Gather and facilitate business process discussions, solution design and documentation, configuration, test, and end-user support
- Bid Management
- Drive Bid Governance to create winning propositions for clients
- Conduct secondary research to analyze market trends across business and technology, customer landscape and build business insights to help shape deal propositions
- Build proactive proposals to address client needs
- Create commercial models
- Practice Development
- Contribute to marketing and branding initiatives by creating case studies, capability decks, demos, etc.
- Contribute to thought leadership by authoring whitepapers, blogs individually or in collaboration with SMEs
- Knowledge management: maintain latest versions of marketing collaterals and ensure the same is updated in the knowledge management platform
- Good understanding of business models, trends and use cases for one or more industries
- Ability to work with business and technology teams to craft business propositions
