**Fairdeal** is building a data-led retail distribution network to provide a full-stack offline distribution service to brands. It is also helping regional and international brands to launch new products and enter new markets.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Represent the brand in assigned offline retail stores, ensuring positive brand image and customer experience.
- Engage with customers to introduce and demonstrate the features and benefits of our products.
- Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries regarding the brand and its offerings.
- Actively promote products through persuasive communication and demonstration techniques.
- Drive sales by encouraging customers to make purchases and upselling products where applicable.
- Monitor and replenish product displays to ensure adequate stock levels and attractive presentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff to ensure support for brand promotion activities.
- Collect feedback from customers and store staff to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies for offline retail channels.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales results and customer feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality, with a passion for the brand and its products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques and customer service best practices.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between retail locations, if necessary.

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- Promoter: 2 years (required)
- FMCG Industry: 2 years (required)
- Gurugram Market: 2 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
