**Responsibilities**:
To receive, store and dispatch petroleum products in Safe and cost effective manner by following Operating, HSSE, Quality, Quantity, Maintenance & Statutory norms and procedures.
Job Accountabilities
Minimize operating and transit lossesCorrect accounting of product, analysis of daily loss/gain and initiate and initiate corrective measures to achieve target
-Analyse transit / ocean losses per parcel and initiate corrective measures, timely recoveries and lodgement of claims
Reduction in costsMonitor and control cost of utilities and operating consumables.
-Ensure nil demurrages on rakes and vessels
-Monitor and control consumption & proper accounting of Diesel for DG set and Fire Engines promptly on the same day in SAP system
- Ensure NIL product contamination
Achievement of Q & Q proposition and customer satisfactionCorrect Calibration of TLCU, Prover, Flow Meters & Tank-trucks
-Ensure consistent bay performance for delivery of right quantity by periodic Proving of Meters
-Ensure removal of water/sludge from storage tanks and no customer complaints on quality
-Ensure timely dispatch of products to customers by controlling TT cycle time
Total compliance to Operations, HSSE, and Quality management system and maintenance proceduresComply with operations QMS and undertake QMC Audits
-Comply with HSSE Procedures and ensure no LTA, Fire/Spills
-Company with all Statutory requirements and ensure all Licenses are renewed on time
-Coordinate with Control Room, Load Office In charge & Laboratory In charge and ensure smooth operation of receipts & despatch of products
Learning and DevelopmentEnsure functional training to employees and agency staff in line with the given modules
-Ensure toolbox talks to TT crew and other contract staff
- Ensure job rotation of Team Members for development of multi-skilling
**Education Requirement**:
Graduate Engineer (Any Discipline)
**Experience Requirement**:
Minimum 3 years experience in Refinery/ RRTF/ Plant operations
