**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Design and implement a comprehensive history curriculum for senior classes, ensuring alignment with educational standards and learning objectives.
- **Instruction**: Teach a variety of historical topics, including world history, regional studies, and modern history, encouraging critical thinking and analytical skills.
- **Assessment**: Develop and administer assessments, projects, and examinations to evaluate student understanding, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- **Classroom Management**: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, discussion, and collaboration.
- **Research and Resources**: Integrate primary and secondary sources into lessons, promoting historical inquiry and research skills.
- **Professional Development**: Stay informed about the latest trends in history education and pedagogy, participating in relevant training and workshops.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with colleagues to integrate history into interdisciplinary projects and initiatives.
- **Student Support**: Provide guidance and support to students, helping them develop a passion for history and an appreciation for its relevance to contemporary issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in History, Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed. or relevant teaching certification.
- Proven experience teaching history at the high school level, preferably in a PGT capacity.
- Strong knowledge of historical content and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
