**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Planning and Delivery**:

- Design and deliver comprehensive lessons covering ancient, medieval, and modern history as well as key events, movements, and figures.
- Develop lesson plans in line with curriculum standards, incorporating interactive activities, primary sources, and multimedia resources.
- Utilize diverse teaching methods, including lectures, discussions, debates, and project-based learning to make history relatable and engaging.
- **Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring**:

- Create assessments, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate students' understanding and analytical skills in historical concepts.
- Track student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback, supporting students in identifying areas for improvement.
- Prepare students for board exams and competitive exams by conducting revision sessions and mock tests.
- **Classroom Management and Engagement**:

- Foster a respectful and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to express diverse perspectives.
- Engage students in discussions and debates on historical interpretations and contemporary connections to historical events.
- Differentiate instruction to accommodate various learning styles and abilities.
- **Professional Development and Collaboration**:

- Stay updated with new research in history and education by attending workshops, webinars, and professional development sessions.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the Humanities department to develop cross-disciplinary activities and coordinate historical events, exhibitions, and competitions.
- Mentor students for history-related projects, model UNs, and academic fairs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
