**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Instruction**:

- Deliver English lessons to students of senior secondary classes (Grades 11-12).
- Plan and execute engaging lessons that follow the curriculum guidelines.
- Cover topics in literature, language, grammar, writing skills, poetry, and comprehension.
- Prepare students for board exams, ensuring they understand key concepts and develop critical thinking skills.
- **Curriculum Development and Implementation**:

- Design and implement a comprehensive curriculum for English language and literature, ensuring it aligns with school standards and national guidelines.
- Prepare daily and long-term lesson plans.
- Adapt teaching methods and resources to accommodate students' diverse learning needs and abilities.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback on students’ writing, speaking, and comprehension skills.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and report to parents and school management.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Maintain order and ensure that students follow classroom rules and expectations.
- Motivate and encourage students to participate actively in discussions, debates, and extracurricular activities.
- **Student Support and Development**:

- Provide individual support to students who may need extra help with understanding the English language or literature.
- Foster an atmosphere that encourages creativity, independent thinking, and intellectual curiosity.
- Encourage students to develop strong reading habits, critical analysis, and writing abilities.
- **Collaboration and Professional Development**:

- Work with other faculty members to ensure the holistic development of students.
- Attend school meetings, staff development programs, and workshops to keep up to date with the latest teaching strategies and trends in English education.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
