**Key Responsibilities**:

- **English Instruction**: Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons on English language and literature for senior secondary students (Grades 11-12) in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
- **Lesson Planning**: Design engaging and creative lesson plans that cater to students' diverse learning needs and abilities.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a disciplined, positive, and productive classroom environment.
- **Student Assessments**: Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, assignments, and exams to monitor student progress. Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve.
- **Skill Development**: Focus on improving students' reading, writing, comprehension, grammar, and speaking skills.
- **Literature Teaching**: Teach English literature, including poetry, drama, and prose, and help students analyze texts critically.
- **Parent-Teacher Communication**: Maintain regular communication with parents regarding students' academic performance, behavior, and any other concerns.
- **Extracurricular Activities**: Encourage students to participate in activities like debates, creative writing, drama, and elocution to improve their language and communication skills.
- **Professional Development**: Participate in school meetings, workshops, and training programs to continuously improve teaching skills and stay updated on educational trends.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
