- **Handle Inbound Calls**: Assist with handling inbound calls during peak times or as needed.
- **Problem Solving**: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to share insights and feedback from customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
