**Make Outbound Calls**: Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services, offer assistance, and address inquiries.
- **Customer Interaction**: Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- **Data Management**: Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and sales leads in the CRM system.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any further needs or concerns.
- **Achieve Targets**: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- **Handle Inbound Calls**: Assist with handling inbound calls during peak times or as needed.
- **Problem Solving**: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to share insights and feedback from customer interactions.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Language Proficiency**: Proficiency in [relevant languages, e.g., English, Spanish, etc.].
- **Computer Skills**: Basic knowledge of computer systems and CRM software.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to handle and resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
- **Motivation**: Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.

Pay: ₹8,187.95 - ₹15,000.00 per month
