Position: Inside Sales Executive

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: Minimum 6 months in sales (Freshers can also apply)

**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹55,000 (in-hand) + Incentives

Working Days: 6 days a week

Work Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

**Job Description**:
We are looking for motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Executives to join our team in Bengaluru. This role involves selling UG/PG online courses to prospective students, guiding them in making the right educational choices. If you have a passion for sales and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide detailed information about UG/PG courses, career prospects, and enrollment processes.

Convert leads into enrollments through effective counseling and persuasion.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates.

Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or telemarketing (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Goal-oriented with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
