**Overall Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for water and wastewater treatment plants, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Conduct technical evaluations, manage work scheduling, and oversee project management to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Represent the company in meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors, addressing their concerns and aligning their requirements with the company’s interests.
- Coordinate with management to ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet the expected quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client and Site Meetings**:

- Attend client and site meetings as required, ensuring clear communication and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- **AMC Site Coordination and Reporting**:

- Coordinate the activities of all AMC sites and provide regular reports to management on the status and progress of each site.
- **Chemical Supply Management**:

- Coordinate the supply of chemicals to AMC sites, ensuring timely delivery and adequate stock levels.
- Follow up on payments for chemical supplies and manage the sale/purchase of chemicals as instructed by management.
- **Daily Coordination with Supervisors/Operators**:

- Maintain daily communication with site supervisors and operators to monitor site activities and address any operational issues.
- **Site Tracking and Work Management**:

- Keep track of all site activities and associated works, ensuring all tasks are completed as per schedule and to the required standards.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- BSC/MSC - Chemistry, Environmental science
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent coordination, speaking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.

This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring that all AMC sites operate smoothly and meet client expectations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
