- **Project Supervision**:

- Oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities at the pipeline project site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to project specifications, safety standards, and deadlines.
- **Site Coordination**:

- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site workers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor the movement and usage of equipment, materials, and resources on-site.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect and ensure the quality of work, materials, and installations meet the required standards.
- Identify and rectify any deviations or defects in construction.
- **Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance**:

- Enforce safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular safety checks and toolbox talks with workers.
- **Progress Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Track the progress of construction activities and update project schedules accordingly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for project management.
- **Resource Management**:

- Allocate manpower and equipment as needed for efficient project execution.
- Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Identify and address issues or potential delays proactively.
- Troubleshoot on-site challenges and propose effective solutions.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of daily operations, work permits, and safety reports.
- Ensure documentation of completed work aligns with project requirements.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:

- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide project updates.
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors and vendors to resolve site issues.
- **Compliance with Technical Specifications**:

- Ensure pipeline construction complies with engineering blueprints, regulatory codes, and industry standards.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Provide guidance and support to the site crew.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
