**Job Description: Academic Counselor at Gold's Gym Fitness Institute**

**Location**: [HSR Layout, Bangalore]

**Overview**:
Gold's Gym Fitness Institute is seeking a dynamic and motivated Academic Counselor to join our team. As an Academic Counselor, you will be responsible for promoting and selling certificate courses tailored for gym trainers. You will play a crucial role in advising potential students, understanding their educational needs, and guiding them towards enrolling in our specialized programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales and Enrollment**:

- Meet sales targets by converting inquiries into enrollments.
- Conduct consultations with prospective students to understand their career goals and recommend suitable courses.

2. **Student Advising**:

- Provide detailed information about course curriculum, duration, certification, and career prospects.
- Guide students in choosing the right course based on their experience level and career aspirations.
- Address inquiries regarding course content, schedules, fees, and admission requirements.

3. **Relationship Building**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with gym owners, managers, and trainers to generate referrals and leads.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings to enhance visibility and promote courses.

4. **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and enrollment details.
- Coordinate with administrative staff for scheduling classes, processing payments, and issuing certificates.

5. **Market Research and Feedback**:

- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Gather feedback from students and industry professionals to improve course offerings and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales or counseling, preferably in education or training sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field (preferred).
