We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated **Presales Executive** (Fresher) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with senior team members to gather and analyze client requirements, assist with proposal creation, and support effective team coordination throughout the presales process. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to learn and grow in the field of presales, with exposure to multiple aspects of the sales cycle, including requirement gathering, proposal making, and client interaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Requirement Gathering & Analysis**:

- ** Requirement Gathering**: Assist seniors in understanding and gathering client requirements for projects, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately documented.
- ** Requirement Analysis**: Analyze and document the gathered requirements, identifying key client needs and translating them into actionable insights that guide the presales process.

**Team Coordination**:

- ** Collaborative Support**: Coordinate and communicate effectively with different internal teams, including technical, sales, and delivery teams, to ensure seamless execution of the presales process.
- ** Task Management**: Support team members in task management, ensuring that all actions are on track and deadlines are met.

**Proposal Creation**:

- ** Proposal Development**: Assist in the creation of detailed proposals for clients, ensuring that the solutions proposed align with client needs and organizational capabilities.
- ** Documentation Support**: Prepare and maintain proposal documents, presentations, and other presales materials, ensuring that all content is accurate and professionally presented.

**Other Supportive Responsibilities**:

- ** Pre-sales Documentation**: Help in preparing pre-sales documents, presentations, and other materials for client meetings and calls.
- ** Learning & Development**: Take initiative to learn more about presales processes, client interactions, and the products/services offered by the company.

**Key Skills & Requirements: Essential**:

- ** Enthusiastic Learner**: A genuine interest in learning about presales, client requirements, and the sales cycle.
- ** Accountability & Ownership Mindset**: Demonstrates a proactive attitude and takes ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring timely completion.
- ** Good Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills to assist in preparing documents, proposals, and liaising with internal teams.
- ** Team Collaboration**: Ability to work effectively within a team environment, coordinate tasks, and contribute to collective goals.

**Desirable**:

- ** Prior Experience (Not Mandatory)**: Exposure to any project management, sales, or technical roles through internships, academic projects, or freelance work would be an advantage.
- ** Interest in Web3 or Technology**: Familiarity with Web3 technologies or an interest in the tech industry is a plus.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- ** Educational Background**: Freshers are welcome to apply. A degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or any related field is preferred.
- ** Experience**: No prior experience required, but any relevant internship experience is a bonus
