- Needs to answer the queries of the customer by understanding their need and requirements.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- patience and skill to interact with customers in speech communication.
- To maintain the database by entering, verifying, and backing up data in the computer system.
- High school diploma, any graduate or equivalent.
- 0-6 months experience required, sales experience or tele calling experience preferred and freshers/interns are welcome
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Assisting the Front Office team.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Hard-working individual.
- Good time management abilities.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Ability to tolerate stress and pressure.
