Female Telle Caller

**Description**
- We are seeking some skilled telecallers to join our PCD (Propaganda cum Distribution) Pharma team.
- The tele caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our pharma products and services, generate leads, and close sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our PCD Pharma products and services.
- Identify customer needs and provide product/service information and pricing details.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales.
- Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or sales representative in the pharma industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections effectively.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
