
Office Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- 1. **Accounting Tasks**: Handle day-to-day accounting activities such as invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and reconciliations.
- 2. **Office Supplies Management**: Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
- 3. **Space Organization**: Assist in organizing office space for optimal efficiency and functionality.
- 4. **Bank Related Work**: Manage bank transactions, deposits, and withdrawals as per company policies.
- 5. **General Administrative Support**: Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed.

- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to maintain accurate records and data entry with precision. **Organizational Skills**: Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently and prioritizing workload effectively.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g., Tally). **Problem-Solving Abilities**: Resourceful in finding solutions and resolving issues independently.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies.
- **Qualifications**:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or relevant field. 2+ years of experience in office administration, with a focus on accounting tasks. Knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Familiarity with office equipment and procedures. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Salary range - Rs. 10000 to Rs. 18000
