Basic Purpose

This position is responsible for the delivery of payroll services including operations support to EMEA region countries in accordance with Company Service Level Agreements that will ensure accuracy and timeliness as well as full compliance with legislation, company policy and control procedures. The position requires the ability to continuously look to improve the efficiency of day-to-day payroll operations through work process improvements.

Primary Job

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting and timely completion of Payroll Administration tasks.
- Ensure all monthly reporting is completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance and control risk within the Payroll function by continuous regular

review of payroll procedures and conducting a self-audit on the monthly payroll.

- Ensure that employees payroll queries are resolved in agreed Turn Around Time.
- Working with internal and external auditors as needed to ensure the integrity of payroll

Essential experience
- 2 - 5 years of payroll operation and administration experience.
- Working knowledge of statutory legislation and procedure relating to payroll.
- Working knowledge of a Payroll/HR system.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Evidence of a confident communication style and clear written communication.
- Resilience and the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment to

deliver results with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
