**Job Role**:
We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Inside Sales & Support Executive for the international market. You will handle global client communication, product support, quotation, order processing, and coordination with internal teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and send technical/commercial quotations based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with technical and production teams to provide the right solutions.
- Assist clients with product selection and provide basic technical support.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and ongoing orders to ensure timely closure.
- Maintain strong relationships with international customers and distributors.
- Support export documentation and shipment coordination with the logistics team.
- Update and manage customer data, leads, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
- Research and identify new business opportunities in international markets.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales activities and customer feedback.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in **Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Mechanical Engineering** (or related).
- 2-5 years of technical sales / inside sales experience in **industrial automation**, **electrical controls**, or **related sectors**; international sales exposure is a strong plus.
- Strong technical understanding of **PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors** (photoelectric, pneumatics, safety), factory/automation systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
