**Week Off**: All Sundays & Alternate Saturdays

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and customer focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves guiding customers through our product offerings, assisting with kitchen design consultations, and supporting appliance sales. You’ll be instrumental in helping clients make informed decisions and ensuring a smooth sales experience from inquiry to delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in designing custom kitchen layouts using design software or in collaboration with our design team.
- Present and explain kitchen cabinetry, countertops, windows, and appliance options tailored to customer needs.
- Prepare and send detailed quotes, process orders, and coordinate delivery and installation schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and sales in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with design, installation, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about product features, trends, and industry developments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors **OR** Diploma in Civil / Interior / Commerce

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in inside sales, preferably in kitchen design, home improvement, or appliance sales.
- Strong ENGLISH communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical product details and design concepts.
- Familiarity with design software (e.g., CAD, 2020 Design, SketchUp) is a plus.
- Basic Microsoft Excel and Work capabilities
- Self-driven with a customer-first mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
