Telecommunications Project Associate

Compile build quotes and plans to ensure design outcomes are achieved whilst adhering to HSE

requirements.
- Manages project documentation (schematics, scope, purchase orders, BOM Lists)
- Monitor and evaluate the ongoing performance of subcontractors and the internal workforce.
- Ensure plant, equipment and consumable materials are arranged.
- Ensure outage windows and support services are planned and managed.
- Schedule work for field crews and ensure build works are performed efficiently to the required

quality and technical standards within the allocated time.
- Provide in-field build support to field crews, acting as 1st point of escalation for issues

encountered by build teams.
- Identify and raise build variations.
- Conduct Field Safety, Environmental and Quality Control remote audits.
- Manage internal and external project stakeholders (e.g. builders, electrical

subcontractors, service consultants and etc.)
- Handles administrative tasks for the project to keep the project running smoothly
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with project stakeholders.
- Regular reporting on build progress, delays, issues encountered, variations, risks identified to

internal and external project management stakeholders.
- Continuous development and improvements of project management processes.
- Support Account Managers with estimated hours of labour and costs for repairs.

Outline of Key Skills and Experience Required:

- Tertiary qualification, e.g. Diploma in Telecommunications, Engineering,

Management, Finance, Project Management, or similar.
- Industry project management certification, e.g. PMP, Prince 2.
- Good computer literacy skills (MS Office software suite) and certifications in HSE,

computer literacy etc.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,078.95 per month
