**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
The position is responsible for executing the project procurement plan for his/her assigned project(s). Incumbent will work coordinate procurement activities directly between the project team and the appropriate category manager for lead items. He/She will also work directly with suppliers of non-lead equipment to competitively support the project. Must also use budgetary measures and support project procurement management to drive improvements toward E&C competitiveness and performance
- Willingly and actively supports sales function for winning new business
- Develops long-term relationships with suppliers in order (to contribute to company’s efforts) to meet customer expectations
- Has the ability to negotiate and utilize internal and external resources in order to reach win-win situations Industrial:

- Demonstrates good understanding of technical matters with an emphasis on safety, quality, reliability, timeliness and cost-effectiveness Finance/Operations Control
- Demonstrates strong understanding of business and numbers/metrics, quantifies the impact of decisions & action plans on business/results and takes appropriate business decisions in order to achieve objectives HSE
- Adheres to safety rules and procedures and leads other people (including suppliers and subcontractors) into safety behaviour
- Doesn’t compromise on safety for short-term benefits Operational Effectiveness: Define, jointly with Project Management, project specific vendor list for proposal
- and project execution.
- Develop Commercial Bid Analysis under Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) consideration
- Ensure conduct of pre-award negotiations by category team
- Recommend for purchase to Project Procurement Manager, Project Manager, Global Category

**Are you a MATCH?**:
Education: Bachelor Degree of Engineering is preferred. Management Degree in Procurement/ Supply Chain Management/ Global Sourcing will be an additional advantage. Discipline: Supply Chain Management/ Global Sourcing Work Experience: 10 + years of Project Management/ Engineering/ Procurement experience in a mid-sized multi-national EPC Company.
