To ensure sales in residential real estate and achieve the revenue target on a monthly basis. Perform duties such as study the geographical market (location), connectivity, amenities and project configuration along with identifying the prospective clients and persuading them for site visits in order to sell them the desired properties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Planning their entire month in order to achieve the monthly target assigned.
- Doing 200 calls per day.
- Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
- Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
- Educating the prospect or call connected about the property including the connectivity, location, amenities, safety, and configuration.
- Also, keeping him or herself updated with the upcoming projects in the vicinity along with the costing/ amenities/ configuration.
- Maintaining the lead status in the CRM appropriately.
- Meeting maximum prospects for the business and taking them for a site visit.
- Contact previous clients for prospecting of referral business.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
