We are looking to hire in the Telesales team at Mahape, Mumbai.

**Job description**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote Aramex's products and services
- Generate new sales leads/opportunities and secure appointments from the sales leads provided through business calls
- Provide customer service on escalation and Coordinate with CS desk
- Achieve daily and monthly call, opportunities uncovered, meetings secured targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions on CRM
- Stay up-to-date with Aramex's products and services and communicate any changes or updates to customers

**Experience**:

- Previous telemarketing or sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and influence customers
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills

**Daily key measures**:

- Outbound Calls/day - 70 calls
- Opportunities/Appointments/day - 8
- Opportunity/ Appointments size - to be assessed by market

**Structure**

Reporting to Area Sales manager

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
