Empanelment Coordinator

JD: Empanelment Coordinator (ADR Professionals, Lawyers, Experts, Judges)

We are looking for a **detail-oriented and tech-savvy Empanelment Coordinator** to support the onboarding and documentation of **ADR professionals, lawyers, experts, and retired judges** on the Jupitice platform. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, basic operational knowledge, and the ability to manage documents and data effectively.

Key Responsibilities

**Empanelment & Onboarding**
- Assist in reaching out to ADR professionals, lawyers, and judges for empanelment.
- Support the empanelment process by collecting, verifying, and organizing required documents.
- Maintain smooth communication with professionals during onboarding.

**Documentation & Record Management**
- Handle empanelment forms, agreements, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate digital records and update profiles in the system.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with internal standards.

**Technology & Data Handling**
- Use **Excel and document management tools** to organize and track empanelment data.
- Update and maintain digital databases for onboarded professionals.
- Assist in streamlining workflows using the platform’s digital tools.

**Coordination & Support**
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, legal, and tech) to complete empanelment requirements.
- Provide administrative support for reporting and progress tracking.
- Generate basic reports and summaries related to empanelment activities.

Key Skills and Competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel** and document management systems.
- Comfortable working with technology and digital platforms.
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines efficiently.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Prior exposure to legal operations, documentation, or professional onboarding is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
