NIF Global Kolkata Lindsay is more than 2 decades old, fashion and design institute in Kolkata, India. Established to provide professional education in fashion, interior, and têxtile design, the institute offers undergraduate and diploma programs, fostering innovation and industry-relevant skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. **Academic Leadership**: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Fashion Design program.

2. **Teaching and Learning**: Teach fashion design courses, develop curriculum, and assess student learning outcomes.

3. **Program Management**: Manage the Fashion Design program, including budgeting, staffing, and resources.

4. **Industry Engagement**: Foster relationships and create new alliances with industry partners, channel partners, etc., for increasing admissions in the program.

5. **Internal Coordination**: Coordinate with other departments and help plan and execute marketing and sales strategies.

**Experience / Qualification Requirements**
- **Qualifications**: Master's degree or higher in Fashion Design or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 15 years industry experience in the related domain.
- **Leadership Experience**: Proven leadership experience in an academic or industry setting for a minimum of **7-9 years**.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure high-quality delivery of fashion design programs.
- Implement quality assurance processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Develop strategies to increase student enrolment and revenue.
- Build industry partnerships and collaborations.
- Promote NIF’s fashion design programs through marketing initiatives.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
