**Job Overview**

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual with a strong passion for fashion, coupled with the ability to bring innovative concepts to life. You will be responsible for market analysis, conceptualization, and collaboration with the team to ensure the successful execution of designs.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Market Analysis & Research**:
▪ Stay abreast of current fashion trends, market dynamics, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand differentiation.

▪ Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences and demands.

▪ Conceptualizing innovative silhouettes & concepts.

▪ Brainstorm and develop unique design concepts in line with the brand's vision.

**Creating Outfit Sketches**:
▪ Develop detailed sketches and illustrations that reflect the envisioned designs.

▪ Iterate and refine sketches based on feedback from internal teams.

▪ Collaboration with team members & execution.

▪ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including pattern makers, production, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of designs.

▪ Provide clear design specifications and guidelines to ensure accurate implementation.

**Fabric Print Pattern Design**:
▪ Design and create fabric prints that enhance the overall aesthetic of the garments.

▪ Collaborate with têxtile experts to ensure the feasibility and quality of fabric designs.

▪ Develop unique motifs and design elements that contribute to the brand's identity.

▪ Ensure consistency in design elements across various collections.

**Qualifications and Skills**

▪ Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably in indo-western womenswear and menswear.

▪ Strong portfolio showcasing creative and commercially successful designs.

▪ Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

▪ Solid understanding of garment construction, fabric characteristics, and fashion industry trends.

▪ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

▪ Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics.

**Software Proficiency**

▪ Microsoft Excel

▪ Adobe Photoshop

▪ Adobe Illustrator
