**Job Overview**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Fashion Design Faculty to join our esteemed team. The Fashion Design Faculty will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education, mentoring students, and contributing to the overall academic excellence of our fashion design programs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Mentor and guide students in design concept development, garment construction, pattern making, and other essential skills.
- Create a dynamic and interactive learning environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and innovation among students.
- Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and assist in their professional growth and portfolio development.
- Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and advancements in fashion design to incorporate relevant knowledge into teaching.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to develop curriculum, course materials, and assessments that align with industry standards.
- Participate in academic planning, curriculum development, and institute events related to fashion design.
- Conduct research, contribute to scholarly activities, and publish relevant work in the field of fashion design.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Fashion Design or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.
- Proven experience in teaching fashion design at a reputable institute or university.
- Strong expertise in various aspects of fashion design, including but not limited to sketching, draping, pattern making, and garment construction.
- Proficiency in design software and technology relevant to the field of fashion design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Passion for mentoring and guiding aspiring designers towards achieving their creative potential.
