BASIC DUTIES ARE:
- Quotation Preparation
- Answering and directing phone calls.
- customer handlings
- Greeting and assisting visitors.
- Addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Providing support to clients and customers.
- Sales followups
- Tele-calling - complaints booking & machine installation booking
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in an administrative support role/ Fresher
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Location - Cheranaloor
Working Time - 9.30 am to 5.30 Pm
Age - 25 to 35
