**What You'll Do**
- Monitor and Evaluate Production Quality: Ensure products meet company standards during and after production.
- Inventory Management: Track and monitor production-related inventory accurately.
- Conduct Inspections and Audits: Regularly perform tests and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with Production Team: Identify defects and work with the team to implement corrective actions.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead efforts to enhance production quality and process improvements.
- Record Management: Maintain detailed records of inspections and quality checks.
- Support Process Improvement: Help develop SOPs for quality control and reduce buffer quantities.
- Supplier Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers to reduce rejections and ensure timely replacements.
- Reporting: Prepare and present quality reports to stakeholders on product quality and production performance.
- Travel: Be open to traveling as required for work.

**Who You Are**
- Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong sense of professionalism and business acumen.
- Hands-on and proactive in tackling production and quality challenges.

**You Should Have**
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Manufacturing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience (Preferred Automotive/Appliance Background) in quality and production management.
- Technical knowledge of electronics and mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with assembly lines and production processes.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and standards like ISO 9001.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.
- Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi is a plus.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
