**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular band practice sessions for students.
- Teach basic and advanced techniques for wind, brass, and percussion instruments.
- Organize and prepare students for school events, annual day programs, and inter-school competitions.
- Maintain and manage band instruments and ensure proper storage.
- Teach music reading, rhythm, and theory associated with band instruments.
- Instill discipline, synchronization, and team coordination among students.
- Identify talented students and provide focused coaching.
- Collaborate with school staff for event planning and performances.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Band Master or Music Instructor.
- Proficiency in one or more band instruments (e.g., trumpet, drums, flute, saxophone, clarinet).
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work 2-3 days a week (timings to be discussed based on school schedule).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification or formal training in music/band instruction.
- Experience in managing school marching or orchestra bands.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
