- Graduates with Pleasing Personality and Marketing Skills
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales (lead conversion preferred)
- 2+ Years experience in telemarketing

**Requirements and Duties**:

- Increase revenue through sales/conversion maximization.
- Call our generated leads and make them aware of our brand, services, and skill courses.
- Daily follow-ups for previous leads.
- Answer potential clients’ questions about our skill courses, hair, makeup, and beauty services.
- Convert between 2 and 5 leads per day.
- Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates’ schedules
- Communicate any problems, concerns, or questions to support staff
- Refer customer queries/calls to counselor or manager for better conversions.
- Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
