**Job Title**: Support Specialist - Voice / Blended Process (0-2 Years Experience)

**Location**: Gurgaon, Noida

**About the Role**

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our support team in a Voice or Blended Process role. As a Client Support Specialist, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer issues, and ensure high-quality service delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about customer service and looking to build a career in the BPO industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle customer queries and support requests over voice (inbound/outbound) or blended channels.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
- Adhere to internal processes and escalate complex cases as required.
- Meet performance metrics including quality, efficiency, and response time.
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer support role (Voice or Blended Process).
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with domestic or international customers.
- Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
- Educational Qualification: Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream).
- Language Requirement: English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
