Line Checker

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Line Checker with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in the Garments/Clothing industry to join our team. As a Line Checker, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our production lines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough inspections of garments at different stages of production to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Verify that materials, trimmings, and accessories are correct and meet the required standards.
- Identify and address any issues or problems related to quality, fit, construction, or finishing.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and prevent future defects.
- Monitor and assess the performance of sewing operators, identifying areas for improvement or additional training.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection results, defect rates, and necessary rework.
- Collaborate with supervisors and managers to communicate quality-related issues, trends, and recommendations.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of **2 to 5 years of experience** as a **Line Checker in the Garments/Clothing industry.**:

- In-depth knowledge of garment construction techniques, fit evaluations, and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects quickly and accurately.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with production teams and management.
- Proficiency in using relevant tools for garment inspection (e.g., measuring tapes, thread counters).
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements is preferred.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
