We are a Die Casting company with VMC machining facilities.

The person hired would be responsible for Programming, Setting and Maintenance of all VMC machines including improvement of OEE and cost control. Responsible for VMC man power, training and troubleshooting.

**VMC Programmer Requirements**:

- Must be skilled in using CAD/CAM Software to create the VMC program for VMC Machines, able to debugging and troubleshooting the programs to ensure that they run efficiently and produce right quality parts.
- Must have Excellent knowledge in CAD-CAM software with:
a) Solid modelling

b) Surfacing Method

c) Assembly and Drafting

d) Manufacturing

e) Machine code Technology

f) Machine code Usage

g) Macro programing usage
- Must have the knowledge to understand the capabilities of the machine
- Must have the knowledge to selecting the appropriate tool paths, and optimizing the cycle time and operations
- Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings. And understand the required part geometry, dimensions, and tolerances, and able to create program and produce the part according to the technical drawings, and specification.
- Must have the good knowledge in selection of appropriate cutting tools, and Maintenance
- Must have knowledge of hydraulic Machining fixtures and Maintenance
- Must have the knowledge of VMC Machines Maintenance
- Must be able to Work efficiently with other team members
- Must have the knowledge of ISO/IATF documentation
- Ensure 5S in machine shop
- Desired knowledge and skill in design software:
a. Solid works/ NX
- Required proficiency in CAD/CAM software’s:
a. Delcam/Master cam

**Eligibility**
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years’ Experience in CNC Programing and design.
- Must Know Hindi English and Kannada.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
